Your gallery will be ready to view within 7 days of your session.

Once you’ve selected your favourite images, your final photographs will be available to download.

The £30 reservation fee secures your chosen session date and time.

Payment banking details will be sent to you by email.

Your booking is confirmed once the £30 payment has been received. If payment hasn’t been received by midnight on the day of your booking, your slot will be released and made available to another family.

The £30 reservation fee is non-refundable if you need to cancel or postpone your session and I’m unable to refill your slot.

The £30 will be deducted from your final balance.

Yes! Seasonal mini sessions are only offered a couple of times a year and are designed to be a shorter, child focused session at a special rate.

For those wanting a little more time and flexibility, I’ll be opening the studio for regular one-hour sessions in the new year. These will allow more time to relax, explore different setups, include outfit changes and deliver a larger collection of photographs.

I’ll also be offering pet sessions, couple sessions and headshot sessions from the studio.

Don't worry, there's no pressure to perform!

Some children need a little time to warm up, and that's completely normal.

I'll follow their lead, use play and interaction to help them relax, and capture the little moments in between.

My sessions aren't about forcing children to sit still and smile at the camera. Sometimes the best photographs happen when they're simply being themselves.

Any assistance you can give to help your child laugh will be appreciated. They are much more likely to react positively to a familiar face.

Absolutely! These sessions are about your family, so parents are encouraged to join in. We'll capture a mixture of photographs together, with your children individually and those lovely little moments in between.

Please arrive a few minutes before your session so we can get settled.

As mini sessions are scheduled closely together, arriving late may reduce the time available for your session.

I'll always do my best to make the most of the time we have.

Please don't bring your child to the studio if they're unwell or have a contagious illness.

Get in touch as soon as possible and I'll do my best to rearrange your session where I can, subject to availability.

The seasonal minis are designed for immediate family groups and the studio is intentionally small.

If you'd like to include grandparents or extended family, please get in touch before booking so we can discuss what's possible.

There’s no strict dress code. I want your photographs to feel like you.

If your booking an Autumn or Nordic shoot, then neutral, earthy and muted tones tend to photograph beautifully. Coordinating rather than matching outfits works particularly well.

If you’re booking a nostalgic 80’s shoot then colours and cheesy christmas jumpers are encouraged.

Please avoid large logos. If you're unsure, feel free to send me a photo of your outfit choices beforehand and I'll happily help.

Yes there is ample parking for your family onsite.

The studio is accessed across the lawn, with a small step-up into the studio. We’re planning to install a permanent path in 2027 to make access easier, thanks for bearing with us while we make those improvements.

Cold drinks and coffee are available for you to enjoy, during your visit.

There aren’t toilet facilities within the studio itself, but if needed, you’re very welcome to use the bathroom in our home.
